Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals in Lexington, Massachusetts. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to residents in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other post-acute settings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring their vital signs, and providing companionship and emotional support.
In addition to your clinical skills, you will also need to be organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the nursing team, residents, and family members.
As a member of our team, you can expect to earn an estimated $30-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
