Job Description
The Administrative Support Coordinator will provide administrative support to the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This includes:
  • Managing incoming calls, mail, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Processing and directing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinating external events and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for executives and committees.
  • Maintaining office supplies, checking inventory, and ordering as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or front desk role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Working Conditions
