Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Technician to join our team at the Psychiatric Institute of Washington. As a Mental Health Technician, you will provide direct patient care to adolescents and adults under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to adolescents and adults in a clinical setting
  • Support and maintain the program philosophy and structure
  • Participate in group meetings and lead task groups

About Us:

The Psychiatric Institute of Washington provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults suffering from mental health and addictive illnesses. We are a bed, short-term, acute care hospital offering inpatient, partial, and intensive outpatient hospitalization, as well as specialized treatment programs for chemical dependency.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience working in a job-related field in a clinical/healthcare setting preferred
