As a Rehabilitation Aide with our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional care to patients in need. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists with direct and indirect patient treatments
  • Escort patients to and from the clinic area, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Maintain the clinic and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
  • Stock treatment areas as needed, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available
  • Conduct environmental rounds and report any issues to coordinators and managers
  • Set up patients for treatment sessions, ensuring that they are comfortable and prepared
  • Organize and post patient schedules, ensuring that all appointments are up-to-date
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and valued

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • CPR certification required
  • Previous experience in a PT/OT clinical setting preferred
