Job Title

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New Jersey. As a BCBA Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading ABA services and overseeing the development of comprehensive behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.
  • Develop and implement functional behavior assessments and behavioral intervention plans.
  • Supervise paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in one-on-one ABA services.
  • Plan, oversee, and evaluate staff efforts to address behavioral excesses and deficits.
  • Deliver training and supervision to parents and caregivers.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
