About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and visual merchandising standards.
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, identifying their needs and preferences to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred.
