Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Chiro 1st of Washington. As a key member of our front-office staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences and playing a critical role in the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask efficiently. You will be expected to provide timely and comprehensive responses to patient inquiries, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with our medical team to ensure seamless patient care.

  • Provide Exceptional Patient Support: Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or SMS in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all patient interactions, including phone calls, emails, and SMS messages, are documented accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Medical Team: Work closely with our doctors and medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Analyze and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve patient issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex matters to senior management as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Experience in Customer Service: At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
