Sales and Community Ambassador

StretchLab East TN is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Community Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new membership sales, retaining current members, and promoting our brand within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and close sales
- Book and confirm intro classes for new members
- Manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects
- Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships and targeting individual needs and wants
- Maintain a high level of personal sales production
- Promote our services to current and prospective members
- Participate in special events to promote the club
- Ensure the studio is clean and tidy
Requirements:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use our software systems
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
