Join a leader in commercial cleaning and janitorial services. Allied Universal Janitorial Services is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Janitors.
**Salary:** $15.00 per hour
**Job Description:** As a Janitor with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of client properties. This includes daily tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing high-touch areas, as well as assisting patrons or customers when needed.
**Key Requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent for full-time positions.
- Certain roles may require passing a background investigation and drug screening.
- You should have strong communication skills and be able to effectively assist others.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is necessary.
- You must be detail-oriented and reliable in completing repetitive tasks.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
- You will work in various environments, including extreme temperatures, rain, or snow, for extended periods.
- You must be able to operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely.
- Climbing ladders, standing, walking on different surfaces, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing frequent repetitive movements are all required.
