About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead the growth of cybersecurity solutions in the Bay Area. This strategic role demands a highly motivated and experienced individual who can drive sales initiatives, foster executive relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing relationships. Your ability to articulate CrowdStrike's product capabilities, GTM strategies, and value proposition will be crucial in driving sales success.

This position requires a strong background in cybersecurity sales, proven leadership experience, and exceptional communication skills. You must be comfortable navigating complex business environments, building internal relationships, and external partnerships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of senior sales professionals in driving sales of cybersecurity solutions across the Bay Area
  • Develop and execute account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
  • Foster executive relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of successful solution sales experience in the cybersecurity industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding booking and revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings
  • Demonstrated history of building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
