Job Overview

United Help Ukraine Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fundraising Strategist to lead our development and fundraising efforts. This full-time position plays a critical role in driving financial growth, cultivating new relationships, and implementing innovative strategies to support our mission.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan, focusing on individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
  • Analyze funding needs, identify new revenue sources, and implement effective strategies to cultivate and secure grants and public funding.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, board members, and volunteers.
  • Create engaging fundraising materials, including proposals, reports, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement annual and long-term fundraising goals and budgets.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of development staff, ensuring excellent performance and a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of donations, receipts, and disbursements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
  • Expertise in grant writing, donor development, and relationship-building.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
