Job Summary

This unique opportunity blends direct clinical care with the creation and management of educational content. As an Exercise Physiology Content Specialist, you will work closely with our clinical team to produce high-quality educational materials, drive patient engagement, and increase our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized exercise physiology care to patients, including assessments, creating individualized exercise plans, and ongoing support.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust exercise programs to optimize outcomes and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Lead group exercise and education sessions to help patients understand the importance of physical activity in their health journey.
Patient Education & Content Management
  • Create engaging educational content, including written materials, videos, and infographics, to inform and empower patients on topics like exercise, rehabilitation, and overall health management.
  • Collaborate with our clinical head to produce content for various audiences, including patients, caregivers, and the broader community.
  • Leverage strong writing and communication skills to produce clear, relatable educational materials, whether it's social media posts, blog articles, or instructional videos.
  • Organize and lead patient education programs, webinars, and events to expand outreach and patient engagement.
  • Drive our online presence by sharing clinical program content through social media and other digital platforms.
  • Update and maintain content in our content management system (CMS) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical exercise physiology, with a focus on patient education.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging educational materials.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and video content creation.
  • Ability to design, deliver, and manage patient education programs and group classes.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies to increase online engagement.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
