Comprehensive Surgical Patient Care

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Circulator to join our team at Williamson Health, a leading healthcare system in Franklin, Tennessee. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role:
As a Perioperative Care Specialist - RN, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating surgical patient care in a timely and accurate manner. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients prior to surgery, identifying potential risks and developing individualized plans of care.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety and quality care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including communication with families and caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, medications, and treatments.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A valid nursing license in the State of Tennessee.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Circulator in a perioperative setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
