We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Registered Nurse in an outpatient dialysis center, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to patients with kidney disease.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at DaVita, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a supportive team to develop tailored treatment plans, and building long-lasting relationships with patients. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping patients manage their condition and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing lab tests.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account each patient's unique needs and medical history.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and provide education on self-care and medication management.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • A minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N)
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certifications preferred
  • Strong clinical skills, with experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
