Customer Service Supervisor Opportunity

As a Customer Service Supervisor at Kohl's, you will be responsible for training associates to maximize performance and customer experience. You will oversee daily functions of the Cash Office, maintain organization of the registers and service desk areas, and supervise and assist in accurate and efficient processing of customers' requests and transactions. Additionally, you will observe associate performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train associates to provide exceptional customer service
  • Oversee daily operations of the Cash Office
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Supervise and assist in processing customer transactions
  • Observe and provide feedback on associate performance

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
