- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior bookkeeping experience preferred, prior billing in a healthcare setting preferred, and data entry experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail, possess the ability to make independent decisions, knowledgeable of administration practices and procedures, and able to implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the administration department.
The Financial Operations Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients. The role involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, walking, reaching, and moving intermittently during working hours. The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language is essential.
