Job Overview

In this role, you will provide critical care to pediatric patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of comprehensive care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Prescribe, delegate, and coordinate patient care, utilizing clinical judgment and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and make informed decisions to promote patient comfort and well-being.
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care that addresses physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Educate patients, families, and colleagues on various aspects of pediatric critical care, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in pediatric critical acute care is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is mandatory.
  • A valid license to practice professional nursing in Texas is essential.
  • BLS certification is required, and PALS/NRP certification is preferred.
