About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated Trainer and Educator to join our team at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. As a Trainer and Educator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our clients. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality instructional content for a variety of security topics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training program development, with experience in using different training delivery methods and types. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for security personnel
  • Create instructional content for a variety of security topics
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations regarding the integration and application of security program policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, Police Science, Public Safety, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training, education, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
