We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Job OverviewAs a Senior Rehabilitation Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of physical therapists. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping our patients achieve optimal recovery and independence.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionKey responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing individualized patient care and treatment plans
- Leading a team of physical therapists and contributing to their professional development
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- At least 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting
