Clinical Care Specialist

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Telemetry department. This is a per-diem opportunity for a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients.
Supervise staff and ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
CPR certification.
