About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team and split their time between our Patchogue and Wading River clinics. This dynamic professional will play a vital role in delivering personalized treatment plans, custom splint fabrication, and ongoing patient support.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individually designed programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent occupational dysfunction in patients.
  • Conduct initial exams, evaluate data, and determine diagnoses prior to intervention.
  • Design and guide plans of care to encourage compliance and produce optimal results for patients.
  • Evaluate treatment effects at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An Occupational Therapist Program Graduate degree
  • A valid NY Occupational Therapy License or eligibility
  • Minimum 1-2 years of practicing OT experience
  • Certifications in CPR/First Aid
