At Pathlight Group, you can start changing the lives of people with disabilities in no time. As a direct support professional, you help residents in our group homes live a connected, joy-filled life. Your role is to provide personal care, cooking, and cleaning services, while also supporting residents in their daily activities and outings.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits

Full and part-time positions are available, with rates starting at $20.50/hour in our homes in Franklin County. We also offer an outstanding benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more.

No Experience Required

We offer paid on-the-job training, so you don't need prior experience to apply. Our team is dedicated to supporting you in your role and helping you grow in your career.

Variety of Schedules Available

We have a variety of schedules available, as our group homes are 24/7. This means you can choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle and needs.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
