Job Overview

Tandym Group is a leading non-profit organization in New York City seeking an experienced LCSW to lead their Family & Children Services program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social services, leadership experience, and excellent clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate clinical services for clients impacted by domestic violence and transitioning from temporary to permanent housing.
• Conduct Intake Assessments and maintain a small caseload of clients for individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop protocols and procedures for intake, assessment, and service delivery.

Requirements:
• ~5+ years of experience in social services, preferably within an academic setting.
• ~ Master's degree required.
• ~ LCSW license required.
• ~3+ years of leadership experience overseeing clinical staff.
• ~ Experience working with adolescents and their families.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
