This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced medical educator to make a lasting impact on the future of medicine.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding the development and execution of our Internal Medicine residency program. This role balances administrative and clinical teaching responsibilities, offering a 50/50 split between each.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the Categorical Internal Medicine residency program.
  • Engage in a blend of administrative duties and clinical teaching.
  • Bring a minimum of three years of educational or administrative experience in an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Program.
  • Participate in faculty recruitment, retention, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement curriculum, policies, and procedures for the residency program.
  • Ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine in the United States.
  • Proven track record of leadership in medical education.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $220,000 annually, plus relocation assistance, CME allowance, medical education debt assistance, comprehensive health benefits, and malpractice insurance coverage.
