As a trusted expert, you will evaluate patients and determine the next level of care to improve their quality of life. This is a hybrid role, combining work from your home office with travel to evaluate patients in your local area. Travel expenses, all mileage and parking will be fully reimbursed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough screenings, evaluations, and determinations of patients' psychological, emotional, behavioral, and physical functioning.
  • Develop informed level of care recommendations based on clinical evaluations.
  • Assess and analyze patients' needs in various environments, including nursing homes, hospitals, and community settings.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards while developing level of care recommendations.
  • Utilize independent judgment, deep clinical expertise, and exceptional communication skills to navigate complex situations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience assessing individuals with mental or psychiatric disorders.
  • Active unrestricted licensure in Washington in a healthcare or related field.
  • Graduation from an accredited college with a relevant degree program.
  • Expertise in assessing and analyzing psychological, emotional, behavioral, and physical functioning.
  • Working knowledge of Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) requirements.
