- Utilize independent judgment, deep clinical expertise, and exceptional communication skills to navigate complex situations.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience assessing individuals with mental or psychiatric disorders.
- Active unrestricted licensure in Washington in a healthcare or related field.
- Graduation from an accredited college with a relevant degree program.
- Expertise in assessing and analyzing psychological, emotional, behavioral, and physical functioning.
- Working knowledge of Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) requirements.
