">We are seeking a highly skilled manufacturing technician to join our team at Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc.
">About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to work in a high-speed manufacturing environment. As a Multi-Skilled Repairman, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, operating, repairing, adjusting, and maintaining equipment, mechanical and electrical.
">You will develop standard operating procedures, provide training for equipment operation, lubricate and clean parts, install, set up, and operate all types of equipment and machine tools.
">In addition, you will perform dismantling, fitting, or assembly work required for maintenance, practice and reinforce all safety practices and procedures, participate on safety and KATA improvement teams, and perform other work as assigned by your supervisor.
">Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoots and repairs equipment, mechanical and electrical">

Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous working experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, proven work experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and working with tools and machinery, and a strong safety-oriented mindset.
">A minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, while preferred requirements include electrical knowledge/troubleshooting skills, electronic experience as well as PLC and VFD experience, and ability to read blueprints, sketches, machine parts, or specifications.
">Competencies
">You will need to possess effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently or with a team, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
">What We Offer
">In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
