Salary Range:

We offer an estimated annual salary between $65,000 and $90,000 depending on experience, with the potential for bonuses and additional compensation based on performance.

Job Description:

As the Supervisor of Account Resolutions, you will lead a team of over 10 direct reports to ensure individual and group goals are consistently achieved. You will work closely with the Account Resolutions Manager to maintain compliance with applicable credit union guidelines and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Coaching and developing team members to improve performance and skills
  • Maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including management and employees

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, FCRA/FACTA, and Fair Debt Collections Act.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working in consumer and mortgage lending, collections, and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven supervisory experience leading teams of 10 or more
  • Four years of experience in consumer and mortgage lending, collections, and customer service
  • Minimum three years of customer service experience
  • High-level experience working with deceased, bankruptcy accounts, and repossessions
  • Ability to supervise repossession and remarketing processes
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bilingual (Spanish) preferred
