Adult Services Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Services Coordinator to join our team at The Kennedy Collective Inc. As an integral member of our staff, you will provide direct support and advocacy for individuals, promoting their well-being, growth, and development.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per yearThis role offers a competitive salary range, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
About the Role:The Adult Services Coordinator is responsible for providing direct support to and advocating for individuals, promoting choice, providing appropriate support, and coordinating activities to foster individual well-being, growth, and development. Key responsibilities include ensuring that all services, programs, and guidelines outlined in an individual's ISP are implemented as assigned, adhering to Kennedy CollectiveSM and DDS regulations and policies, and supervising and coordinating daily living skills.
Key Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; experience in adult services, social work, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
