Overview

As a Direct Care Specialist at Supported Living of Idaho LLC, you will be an integral part of our care team, working closely with adults with disabilities to provide exceptional support and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and household management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and comfortable living environment that meets the unique needs of each client.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Pass a thorough background check and obtain necessary certifications, including First Aid/CPR and Medical Certification.
  • Demonstrate a warm, empathetic, and patient demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring a positive and supportive care experience.
