Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized shopping experiences, educating customers about our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on all HOKA Brand products and technologies, ensuring you can address customer inquiries accurately.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, promoting a welcoming store environment for customers and team members.
  • Assist management with administrative tasks, including operating the cash register, handling inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

  • Prioritize ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements
  • Two years of retail experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey our Brand's vision, mission, and values.
  • Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Valid State or Federal Identification.
