Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager - Commercial Lines Insurance Expert to join our team at APR. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Commercial Lines Account Management: You will be responsible for investigating and resolving client inquiries regarding policies and coverage, as well as managing and organizing information for account renewals.
  • Marketing and Quoting: Skilled in marketing and quoting new business and renewals, ensuring competitive coverage/cost ratios for clients.
  • Candidate Qualifications: 5-7 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, specifically in servicing commercial accounts.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Current Property and Casualty license.
  • Proficiency in Applied (TAM or EPIC) or AMS360 software is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Insurance/Brokerage industry.
  • Technical expertise in the relevant product area or industry.
  • Capability to offer consultation and expert advice to management on risk management issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Information

The national average salary for similar roles ranges from $60,000 to $100,000, excluding bonuses or benefits. Based on your experience, skills, certifications, education, and internal equity and market data, your base pay will be determined accordingly.
