Job Description

At Northern Arizona Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Information Systems Specialist to join our team. As an APP Informatics Consultant, you will play a critical role in optimizing our electronic health record (EHR) system and ensuring seamless clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex clinical operations and organizational structures to inform EMR design and workflow decisions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize clinical system usage through education, training, and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the physician community.
  • Stay current with new technologies and national/local issues affecting healthcare information technology.

Requirements:

  • Compliant with education requirements as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP, PA, CRNA).
  • Minimum three years of clinical experience.
  • Minimum three years experience with EMR workflows and ability to analyze processes.
