Ninja Sushi Mililani is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Preparation Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Prepare a range of seafood, meats, poultry, and vegetables for cooking
  • Understand and consistently apply standard portion sizes and cooking methods
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including prep areas, shelves, and equipment
  • Attend scheduled employee meetings and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Report equipment and food quality issues to Kitchen Supervisors and Restaurant Managers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Dependability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Japanese food preparation (prior experience as a prep cook or line cook is a plus)
