About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealer Account Manager to join our team at Westlake Financial Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer partners, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and sell company products and services to dealerships, including financing options and sales strategies
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with dealerships and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including financing options and sales strategies
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to dealerships as needed
