Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As an Automated Logistical Specialist in the Army National Guard, you will play a crucial role in maximizing organizational skills and learning the ins and outs of supply chain management. From storage and distribution to warehouse management, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and perform specific functions in order to maintain equipment records and parts.

Main Responsibilities

* Establish and maintain accurate records (stock lists, inventory, material control, etc.)
* Maintain stock locator system and administer document control procedures
* Process requests and turn-in documents
* Perform prescribed load-list and shop-stock list duties in manual and automated supply applications
* Operate material-handling equipment

Key Skills

* Stock control and accounting procedures
* Procedures for shipping, receiving, storing, and issuing stock
* Movement, storage, and maintenance of ammunition
* Procedures for handling medical and food supplies

Salary and Benefits

As a Logistics Supply Chain Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits such as paid training, a monthly paycheck, and opportunities for tuition assistance and retirement planning. With a typical rotation cycle of 10 weeks of Basic Training and 12 weeks of Advanced Individual Training, you'll have time to balance work and personal life while advancing your career.

Requirements

* Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
* Must be at least a junior in high school or have a high school diploma or GED certificate
* Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
* Must meet physical and moral standards
