About the Role

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Clinical Care Specialist at Little Colorado Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients in a clinic setting. Your expertise will be essential in assessing and managing patients, adhering to established standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their medical needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  2. Provide preventive care services, including health education and wellness programs, to promote healthy lifestyles among our patients.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful as a Clinical Care Specialist at Little Colorado Medical Center, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
  2. Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program.
  3. A minimum of three years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting, plus two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. You should also have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
