Senior Human Resources Generalist Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. This role will be primarily responsible for the administration of benefits and recruiting functions at our location, with a focus on associate retention and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support recruiting activities by processing candidates through application and onboarding systems, collaborating with hiring managers, and attending career events to attract top talent.
  • Establish strong relationships with associates to understand their needs and provide guidance and support.
Key Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources generalist roles.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, with generous bonus potential based on performance.
