Job Summary:

As an Optical Sales Professional at EssilorLuxottica, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional optical experience for our guests. You will be responsible for cultivating existing customer relationships, building new ones, and delivering sales plans and company objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Actively participate in a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
  • Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a quickly changing environment.
