Aircraft Technician

The Vertex Company is seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to join our team. As an Aircraft Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing aircraft to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve issues with aircraft systems.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure that aircraft are airworthy and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure that aircraft are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest maintenance procedures and technologies.

Requirements:

  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent hands-on airframe and powerplant experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of King Air hands-on experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to travel to other locations requiring an overnight stay.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. routinely and 50 lbs. on occasion.
