As a Nurse Practitioner with Foundations for Living, you will provide primary health care services as a member of a healthcare team under the supervision of a physician. This role requires current licensure as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and two to three years of medical/surgical experience in a medical/surgical setting. You will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, developing patient care plans, and initiating or changing orders based on changing patient conditions and/or physician-approved protocols. Effective verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
