About the Role
As a Senior Architectural Project Manager at Populous Inc, you will lead architectural projects from conception to completion. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and take on this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities
Manage project delivery from inception through construction
Ensure feasibility of design solutions by researching code requirements
Oversee project budget, work plan, consultants, and schedule
Communicate with project managers regarding key deliverable dates
Create design solutions to meet client specifications, propose budget and time estimations
Maintain collaborative relationships with project leadership teams
Act as intermediary between clients and architectural teams
Foster ongoing communication through team meetings, minutes, and update memos to project teams
Ensure project documentation meets company standards
Coordinate team efforts to complete projects promptly and successfully
Administer construction activities, including submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
Provide office leadership, coaching, and mentoring staff

Requirements
Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Guide design, construction methodology, material application, and supplier appropriateness
Understanding of architectural building systems and LEED guidelines
Advanced knowledge of project work plans, schedules, staffing, and budgets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk Revit, and Newforma software
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines

About You
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited program
Minimum 8 years' experience in architectural practice, with prior experience in all phases of architectural projects
Registered architect with a current license, NCARB registration preferred
LEED certification not required but a plus
Project design experience in sport stadiums, arenas, convention centers, hospitality, and aviation a strong plus
