**Job Overview:**

We are a dynamic and growing insurance agency seeking an experienced Insurance Producer to join our team. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies and other financial services to meet the needs of your clients.

This is a commission-based position that offers a high earning potential, with typical agents making between $50-75k in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products and coverage levels.
  2. Sales and Acquisition: Present and explain insurance policy options based on client needs and close sales to achieve quotas.
  3. Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing, providing ongoing support and service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and legislation affecting clients, researching insurance companies' policies and negotiating with underwriters to find the most suitable coverage.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and insurance company representatives, networking and attending community events to generate leads and referrals.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and policies, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of various types of insurance policies, coverage options, and underwriting processes.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales with the ability to close deals and meet sales quotas.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex information clearly and understandably.
  • Customer Service: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and resolving client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive insurance premiums and terms for clients.
  • Ethics: Adherence to ethical standards and guidelines as outlined by the insurance industry.
