Transformative Educator for NYC's Top-Performing Charter Schools

About the Role:- We're seeking dedicated teachers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students.
- You'll have the opportunity to work with a proven curriculum and receive extensive training to help you succeed in the classroom.
- As a teacher at Success Academy, you'll be part of a collaborative team that is committed to student success and professional development.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to enhance learning.
- Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars and maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, and provide timely feedback and support to help students improve.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules and procedures to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues, and collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success.
- A bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy (a background in education is not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of passion for learning and commitment to student development.
- Ability to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend for qualified relocations).
- Competitive salary: $65,000.00 per year.
