Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document and track client issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of technical products and services

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
