Healthcare Data Analyst Specialist

As a Chart Deficiency Analyst at Universal Health Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient records. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of medical records experience, preferably in a Behavioral Health setting. Cerner experience is highly desirable. A thorough understanding of medical terminology and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring reports in Cerner to identify delinquent charts
* Analyzing documentation patterns and trends to identify areas for improvement
* Collaborating with providers to educate them on timely and accurate documentation practices
* Communicating with physicians to facilitate chart completion before delinquency dates
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
