Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Continuous Improvement to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, analyzing data, and developing and implementing process improvements that drive business results. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects to identify and implement process improvements that drive business results
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes are efficient and effective
  • Provide coaching and training to employees on process improvement methodologies
  • Develop and manage business leader relationships to ensure that process improvements are aligned with business goals
Requirements
  • College degree and/or five (5) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in diverse continuous improvement portfolio implementation
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Completion of multiple cross-functional projects using Lean Six Sigma
  • Ability to apply advanced Lean principles or advanced Six Sigma principles to process improvement
  • Excellent organizational, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a changing business environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration
  • Aviation degree with related experience
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in continuous improvement
  • Green Belt and Black Belt training experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI
Work Environment
