UPS is seeking a Seasonal Dispatch Supervisor to join our team and lead our warehouse operations to new heights.

This is a seasonal position that requires a strong understanding of logistics and operations management principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of employees, training and developing their skills, and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train a team of employees to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective leadership and communication strategies to motivate and engage employees.
  • Ensure that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency at all times.
  • Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, pro-active communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continual improvement on all levels.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
  • Management experience - Preferred.
