Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Advanced Packaging Processing Technicians, including scheduling daily work assignments and performing annual evaluations.
  • Collaborate with process engineering staff to meet production schedules and optimize workflow.
  • Manage and communicate production needs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster teamwork and accountability among staff.
  • Identify and mitigate production risks, including bottleneck and throughput challenge areas.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years operational experience, 5+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Technical experience with semiconductor or wafer fab environment a plus.
