Plastics Extrusion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastics Extrusion Specialist to join our team at Pratt Industries. As an important member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art extrusion machines.

• Machine Operation: Effectively operate and maintain extrusion machines to meet production demands.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high-quality products.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Training and Development: Assist in training new team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Prior experience in the packaging industry, particularly with extrusion machines, is preferred.
• Lift Truck Operator License: May be required to maintain current certification.
