Job Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to provide care and support to our clients in their homes and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients, such as playing games, going for walks, and having conversations.

• Assist with light housekeeping, including laundry, and ensure a clean and comfortable living environment.

• Report any changes or concerns to the office during shifts.

• Transport clients using their vehicle or personal vehicle, and run errands as needed.

• Prepare meals and snacks for clients, and assist with meal planning.

• Work with clients who have Alzheimer's and dementia, providing a supportive and understanding environment.

• Use a mobile device to clock in and out for shifts, and communicate with the office as needed.

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in private duty home care or working in a facility, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

• Commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (a plus).

• Active CPR certification and a Level 2 Background Screen from the State of Florida.

• Completed HIV/Alzheimer's CEU's within the last 2 years.

• Ability to use a smartphone to clock in and out for shifts.
